Shopping:
Gift Certificates (Stash Cash): Gift Certificates are available for purchase and occasionally, we give these out as prizes. There is no expiration date on the Gift Certificate. You may only use ONE Gift Certificate on each order you place, you may not combine them.
Coupons and Sales: We typically run one sale each month. There will be a coupon code or discount code that reflects the discount or free offer. These coupons will be listed on the Home Page and the Blog under 'Current Promotions'.
Out Of Stock Items/Missing/Damaged Items: We take every care to package your order correctly and in a manner in which it will reach you safely and in good condition. There are times when situations out of our control effect your shopping experience. We will take every measure to correct the mistake, replace the damaged/missing product or issue you a credit. You will have a choice between Store credit, a refund or substitute. If a product you order is out of stock, you will receive a credit for the item or it will be removed from your final invoice.
Returns: Currently, we do not accept returns on any items. Please contact us if you have a question or issue with your order and we will handle it accordingly.
Payment: We currently accept all major credit cards as payment. If you would like to discuss placing an order using Paypal, please contact us. We can issue you an invoice and handle your order through Paypal.
Special Orders: There are certain things we do not typically carry. (ie Diecut machines, accessories, special pens, storage etc.) We do offer special order opportunities. Please contact us with the product(s) you'd like to special order and we will do our best to get that item for you.
Order Status: At this time, the system does not allow you to view the status of your order. We are working on possibly making that change.
Wish Lists/Saved Cart: We offer both! Saved Cart is just what it sounds like. You MUST be logged into your store account to save your cart. Your store account and the gallery account are two different systems. Wish Lists. This is your chance to shop over time and then add everything to your cart for one easy transaction. Please note, items in your Saved Cart and Wish Lists are not removed from inventory until you purchase them. Items will go out of stock and may not be reordered (see Product Availability). Your friends will be able to pull up your Wish List with your email address. Does your husband wonder what to buy you for your birthday? If he wants to order actual product, your Wish List is the best way to show him what you want. He can also order a Gift Certificate for you to purchase your items.
Product Availability: This is a touchy subject for most crafters. We receive a lot of emails every week asking about products. Are they going to be stocked? Will them be re-stocked? Manufacturers are taking every precaution to stay in business during the current state of the economy. In the past, they might have reordered product lines and made them available to the stores. Now, we are seeing what they refer to as 'seasonal releases'. These are available for a limited time or only in the quantities they ordered in. If we do not get a product, they may run out of it and we'll never get it in stock. Items that we receive in may be out of stock when you decide to buy. We try to order the quantities we think will sell of an item so that we don't have a warehouse full of product that just sits. If we run out of an item, we WILL try to reorder it but may not be able to get it in.
Can you hold my order? Yes! We understand your money is important to you. We allow you to place smaller orders in order to reach the minimum for FREE shipping. This is good for our international customers. We will manually remove the shipping fees when we process your order. If you qualify for FREE shipping, we will refund the entire amount before charging your card.
Preorders: At this time, we do not handle pre-orders. We may upload items into the store when we receive a shipping notice from the manufacturer but this does not effect the shipping time of your order. Items will be received and shipped out to you within the timeframes listed. We will contact you if there are any changes.
Shipping and Order Handling:
Shipping: We try to ship orders out within 48 hours of them being placed, however during times of sales or other promotions, there may be a slight delay.
International Orders: We ship these orders out twice a week. Typically on Wednesday and Friday of each week.
ALL Orders: Orders are shipped using the USPS service. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the system letting you know your order has been processed and another from USPS.com with shipping information. If you do not receive an email, you may contact us for tracking information.
Shipping Prices: The USPS raises rates each year. We aim to keep our shipping costs low but there may be times when we need to raise the rates or change the free shipping offers. Currently, all US orders (orders shipping to a US address) will ship FREE when the order totals $30.00 or more. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $5.00. International orders ship FREE when the order total is $250.00 or more. Totals must meet the minimum requirements AFTER all discounts have been taken. You may view the Shipping Table to view our current prices. (These are subject to change). International packages ship for 50% or more off the actual shipping cost.

We also have a Birthday Club. Sign up by sending us your information on our Contact Us page. During the month of your Birthday, we will send you a special coupon to use. Our gift to you on your special day!
Gallery:
Yes, we have a User Gallery and we'd love to see what you've created! You can view the Design Team's creations there too!
To access the User Gallery, click on the Gallery Tab at the top of the page. Click on the User Gallery link. First time visitors will need to register for an account before they can upload. Please allow 24-48 hours for account approval. Once your account has been approved, you may upload to your own personal Gallery.
Featured Member: Each month, the Design Team will choose one member from the User Gallery to be the sites Featured Member. We will spotlight your work throughout the month and the Design Team will 'scraplift' an idea from your gallery! The Featured Member will also receive $10.00 in Stash Cash and a prize pack.
Sketches: We post weekly sketches on the blog for your inspiration. Please let us know when you upload to the Gallery if you've used one of these sketches.
Contests/Design Team Search
Contests: Occasionally, we sponsor contests. You will need to meet all of the requirements for your layout/idea to be considered. Please pay close attention to the rules before entering. For example, if entering a contest using a sketch, please make sure it is one of our sketches used for your entry and not one from another site unless specifically stated.
Design Team Search: Every May and December, we will post a call for a new Design Team. Deadlines and requirements will be posted at the time of the call. The Design Team is given the task of inspiring you! If there is something you want to see (a technique, a tip, a specific project or pictures of their scrap space, let them know!) Each month, on the 15th and last day of the month, their gallery will fill up with amazing ideas.
Donations: While we would love to sell every item we get in, its not possible. We typically find extra sheets of paper or a line that did not sell well. After giving it a decent chance to sell, we remove it from inventory and place it in a donation pile. If you have a non-profit organization that needs products for an event, goody bags or a giveaway, please contact us. We'd love to help!
